Our farm
Named after the dogs who inspect every batch.
Lou is the shepherd mix who supervises the greenhouse. The pups are the rest of the crew, along with the rabbits and the flock who get first crack at every new tray. We started growing microgreens for our own kitchen, then realized the animals were more excited about them than we were.
Today every tray is seeded, grown, harvested, and freeze-dried within a hundred feet of the greenhouse door. Nothing gets shipped in, nothing gets outsourced, and no batch leaves without a taste test.
